Widowed in 2012, this life changing event became the center of a deep walk-the-talk wisdom and understanding for grief relief. With her prior work in digital storybooking and memory preservation into a heart-centered model for body, mind and belief healing and self-care, she guides clients from the co-creative lens of bereavement & life energy coaching. Her passion is to widely share the hows and ways in which your personal grief becomes your own healing wisdom, and you return to the world feeling better about yourself in spite of loss.
